Great Plains College, in partnership with Cape Breton University, is looking forward to the next offering of the MBA in Community Economic Development program, starting in September. It is a part-time hybrid program with courses delivered through a combination of online and in-person classes at the Warman Campus. Courses run approximately 16 weekends per academic year, making it a good fit for working professionals.
The program includes all business subjects found in traditional MBA programs, with an emphasis on economic development, leadership, governance and change management. It is accessible for both business and non-business degree holders, as well as applicants who have significant managerial experience without a degree background.
Program Director Barrie Riome (from Cape Breton University) will be delivering in-person information sessions in Saskatoon, Swift Current and Martensville from August 7th -9th. You can also learn more about the program at mbaced.ca.
If you have any questions about the program or information sessions, please feel welcome to reach out to Robin Wiegers, Program Coordinator (robinw@greatplainscollege.ca), or Program Director, Barrie Riome, at Barrie_Riome@cbu.ca .
