Description

"Getting Back into the Routine of Work after Summer" with Katharine Carter and Cassandra Davis from Carter's Counselling.

As the summer comes to an end, it's important to ease back into the work routine smoothly. This lunch and learn session will provide practical tips and strategies to help you transition from the relaxed summer mindset to a productive work environment. Learn how to set realistic goals, manage your time effectively, and maintain a positive mindset as you get back into the swing of things.
