Mental Health Workshop with Cassandra Davis

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our community, the Prairie Sky Chamber of Commerce would like to extend an invitation to businesses and their staff to attend our upcoming Mental Health Workshop with Cassandra Davis from Carter's Counselling. 

Cassandra is a professional counsellor and is registered with the Canadian Professional Counsellor Association. She has curated an exclusive workshop for the Prairie Sky Business Community with a focus on Anxiety: what is it, how to support someone with anxiety, and how to cope with it yourself. 

Research has shown that many individuals experience anxiety and depression in the workplace, and we believe that it is important to provide our community with the tools they need to cope with these challenges.
