Mental Health Workshops

Description

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of our community, the Prairie Sky Chamber of Commerce would like to extend an invitation to you and your staff members to join us for a series of informative mental health workshops that we will be hosting over the next few months.
 
Research has shown that many individuals experience anxiety and depression in the workplace, and we believe that it is important to provide our community with the tools they need to cope with these challenges. Our workshops will cover a range of topics, including positive communication skills, building confidence within the job, and setting healthy boundaries with co-workers, staff, and bosses.
 
We have three exciting workshops coming up, starting with "Mental Health and the Workplace" on April 20^th 1:00-3:00pm, followed by "Conflict Resolution in the Workplace" on May 18th, and "Boundaries with Co-workers, Staff, and Bosses" on June 15th. Each workshop is 2 hours in length, and the cost is $40 per person. We will be providing light snacks during the workshop, and a certificate of completion will be awarded at the end.
